What we collect
Information you give us.
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about the property and financing you’re asking about — location, property type, loan amount, purpose, and current loan maturity. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically.
Standard web analytics: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on site, and referring source. This is aggregate traffic data, not something we use to identify you.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account details, or financial documents through this website. If a loan application moves forward, that information is collected separately and directly.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help with your financing request, and — if you want us to proceed — present your scenario to lenders. We also use analytics data to understand how the site is used.
Who we share it with
Lenders and lending platforms.
This is the core of what we do. If you ask us to pursue financing, we submit your information to commercial lenders and to the lending platforms we work through. We do this to obtain quotes and terms for you.
Service providers.
Companies that help us run the site and communicate with you — web hosting, email, form processing, and analytics. They only receive what they need to perform that function.
Legal requirements.
If required by law, subpoena, or a valid request from a government authority, or where necessary to protect our legal rights or someone’s safety.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. Not to lead buyers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We do not share your information with marketing partners or advertising networks for their own promotional use.
We do not submit your file to a lender without your consent to apply for a loan. Your information goes to lenders in connection with a financing request you asked us to pursue, and we identify them to you.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for basic site function and analytics. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work.
We do not currently run advertising pixels or retargeting. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a loan proceeds, for as long as required by lender and recordkeeping obligations. Where there’s no ongoing relationship or legal reason to retain it, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@kirksley.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where a legal or lender obligation applies.
You can opt out of any emails from us at any time. Since we don’t run marketing campaigns, that mostly means asking us to stop contacting you, and we will.
State privacy rights.
Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have additional rights to know what we’ve collected, request deletion, or opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, but you can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at info@kirksley.com.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for commercial real estate financing and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from minors.

This site may link to lender or platform websites we don’t control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we’d encourage you to read them.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and we’ll update the date at the top.
